I often come across some really good as well as crap advice in the posts published on Facebook.

Could you perhaps post a link in the original threads so that the OP can see a) that it has been published and b ) the advice given?

I think this would go down like a cup of cold sick to be honest.

I'd say from reading threads about this that the vast majority of MNetters are unhappy about their threads being re-posted on Facebook.

And the few who are happy and who have FB accounts can 'like' the MN Facebook page anyway and see it in their newsfeed.

I made the mistake of looking at the MN Facebook page after it was mentioned in a thread and it made me want to delete my MN account.
Your suggestion, if implemented, definitely would.

Hello @ImJustFineTYVM thanks for your suggestion. Our Facebook posts are there to bring people back to the threads rather than keep the discussion on Facebook. We don’t link back into individual threads to avoid confusion but the aim is always to encourage more readers and responses on the boards themselves.
