When I try to add a photo it just buffers and won't upload. It's been happening intermittently for a while but all the time now. Android phone.

Hello @JudgementalCat Thanks for letting us know. If an image is buffering and not uploading, it’s usually down to one of a few things. The most common causes are connection issues so a weak mobile signal or unstable Wi-Fi can cause uploads to hang indefinitely. If possible, try briefly toggling airplane mode on and off. It can also be caused by browser or app cache problems – clearing your browser cache can often resolve this.
If you’ve already tried the above and it’s still happening consistently, please let us know. It would also be handy to know what kind of image you're trying to upload - e.g. the size and type. Thanks.
