Refresh Problem - For the love of all that is holy please please please fix it MNHQ

I am sick of scrolling on a thread, reading away only to have the whole thing refresh and I end up back a the very top of the thread.

Why oh why is it taking so long to fix?

Hi OP

We do appreciate that it's frustrating and we're sorry that we haven't got it sorted yet. We've been running a number of tests to try and get to the bottom of what's causing this, and whilst we've made progress, it's a tricky issue to resolve quickly.

We're still very much on the case and will update as soon as we can.
