I can't add images

I'm trying to add a very innocuous picture of my cats to a thread in the litter tray but when I click on "add image", it just has the circle of doom for about 5 minutes and then doesn't add.

I've tried to add it here and the same thing happens.

Am on Chrome browser. Android phone.

It worked for me after several attempts. I'm on android and Chrome too

My images are under reveiw, just a few mugs in Tescos
