New ad hell

Just had a ad pop up at the bottom of the screen covering the watching, my feed and I’m on button, scrolling in French and then it came up and covered the whole page.

On an iPhone using safari.

I've just had this. Had it the other day as well. Like a charity ad in French with a wide eyed child called Milan on it. Have to shut down the thread to get rid of it.

I just keep getting adverts for crotchless thongs… I’m nearly 60 and have been single for 14 years. Demographic is working well…

I came here to see if someone else posted about this. Mine appeared unexpectedly and scared me silly! I was just trying to click to comment and it rolled up creepily at me, blocking the whole page. I later noticed that it was blocking the comment/add a post button so when you click to comment, it rolls up and covers the page you're on instead. Not a good way to advertise anything!
