Unacceptable Advert

I don't know what this ad is selling and I'm certainly not going to click on it but I don't think it is suitable for this site. I'll attach screenshots of the advert and the header of the thread I was reading, I hope this will be sufficient for you to remove it from the site.

So the way ads work is by looking at your browsing history and they are personalised to you, or to your household IP address, if you see what I mean.
