Weird shadow moving across Screen…?

For the past couple of days I have been getting this weird shadow moving across my screen. See Photo.

it is almost impossible to scroll past, and when I do finally manage it I find myself at the very bottom of the page, rather than where I was before.

This doesn’t Happen with any other Sites - only Mumsnet.

Help please!
