Premium member plagued with ads

I’ve been a premium member for ages - suddenly seeing ads everywhere - How do I get this resolved?

Hi again @Janeaustensquill - we're looking into this but please can you let us know which ads you're currently seeing? And is it only when you're on the mobile site that they're cropping up? Any screen grabs would be very helpful, if you have time.
