Floating bar/control panel

Hi,

iPhone 12, safari. Fully up to date.

For the past few hours the control panel, that usually goes at the bottom of the screen is floating up as I’m scrolling.

Is this a bug or something my end?

Mine does this. MNHQ said on a thread about a month or so ago it’s to do with the big iPhone update and should stop when they release further updates and bug fixes.
