Is this ad a scam? re Martin Lewis being sued

I was reading the thread on US food stamps and government shutdown.

I got an ad about Martin Lewis. Supposedly about a row on bbc yesterday with Martin Lewis being sued by the Bank of England for showing an interviewer how to make money.

is it all fake? I couldn’t find anything about it on the BBC website.

There have been similar ads in the past on other sites about bitcoin.

I’m not familiar with this particular case/ad - but Martin Lewis posts repeatedly about this issue, stating he does not do adverts so if you see one with him in it it’s fake.

Of course it's a fake story and a load of clickbait nonsense. You should be able to report the ad via the AdSense blue settings icon on the top right of the ad, and also stop it from appearing again.

Yes theyvuse AI to put whatever celebrity into that advert. Ive seen it with Ian Wright, Marrin Lewis and others. Its so weird. But yes a scam

Yes, this - I follow him and he repeatedly says he doesn't do ads and if you see any with him in, then it's a fake.
