App not working

Hey @mnhq are you aware the app isn’t working? Unless it’s just me….

Me too! Are you getting a Forbidden 403 message?
The past few weeks it seems the site is getting increasingly frustrating to use as per other user's comments, so far it hasn't affected me but this evening it seems it's my turn!

Yep, app wasn't loading so I reinstalled now it won't let me log in. Says error when I try, says error of I try and reset password.

I’ve been getting that same 403 error message this evening too.

Same but I’m now back in.

I often have difficulty loading the pages. Regular occurrence; nothing wrong with any other pages opening up and loading…

Only just got back in. App has been down most of evening. I wish @mumsnet. @mnhq would put a message on their Facebook / X / Threads page so we know they know!

Hello and thanks for posting - we're aware that some users had issues with the app last night. It looks like it's back up now but we're investigating what happened. As always, do let us know if you experience any further problems.
