Hi sorry I have been scrolling for an answer but can’t seem to find it. There used to be a way of clicking on the link to a post from emails that would take you to the post in the app is that not available anymore?

Hi there @MissAvainthesun. That should still work we think. Can we ask which email it was? ie was it one of our newsletters or something like a notification on a thread?

Hi it’s on any of the Mumsnet emails I’ve received, even this one that was sent from yourselves asking which email, the link takes me straight to the web version with no option to click through to the app version.

Hello @MissAvainthesun could you please try deleting and then reinstalling the app? Let us know if that doesn't work and we'll go through some other steps.
