Your Site is Unreadable

Ads popping up every second and blocking the page. No real content, just a title and blank white page.

I've just seen this - massive ad for Aldi, among others, obliterating the page.

They said this morning they had turned off these ads, clearly haven’t. Its just getting worse & worse. Maybe time to go back to netmums.

Screen is ok for me now.

Used to be able to use the site whilst watching a film on the ipad back in the day. Now glitches and freezes and crashes both endlessly. I get you want to make money, but some of us have been on here for decades when these things weren't an issue…and it just seems like youre prioritising revenue over usability. Which seems to be removing you from your grass roots users. Its a shame.

The cross country full screen ad is still appearing despite them saying they had reset it. Adverts every few posts, adverts that don’t load up and leave a giant blank screen and cause lag. Adverts at the top of the page you can’t remove.

I’ve barely used the site recently because of it. Are they trying to get people to subscribe and pay?

I’ve noticed that the talk traffic on ‘Active’ is positively inactive these days. MNHQ must have noticed, you’d think?

Hi @PrioritisePleasure24 We're really sorry that certain ads are causing problems. Please can you let us know where you're seeing the cross country ad this morning? If you can post a screenshot that would be really helpful.
