I’ve noticed over the past couple of days every time I seem to spend slightly longer on a post I get a pop up telling me I can bookmark this post.

This is getting extremely annoying. How can I turn off this feature?

it even happens on posts I’ve already bookmarked…

Also, the bookmark function itself still isn’t working properly, taking me to the top of the page rather than the bookmarked post. Which is equally as annoying as the constant bookmark pop-ups.

I’m finding the pop up about bookmarks annoying too. I already use them. It does it to posts I’ve bookmarked. I’d like a “don’t show me this message again” button on the pop up.

Yes! I mean, I’ve bookmarked what I want to, I don’t need another annoying stupid suggestion hovering over where I’m trying to read. Same with the reaction buttons popping up if I dare to hover sbove them.

It’s happening for me on an iPhone 8 Plus and using Safari as my browser. The little pop up about bookmarks happens after 10-15 secs of inactivity on the page. It means if I’m not scrolling and I’m keeping the screen still so I can read a longer post it pops up, often across the post I’m reading.

@HebeMumsnet I’m using an iPad and Safari and it’s doing the same thing as @FeralWoman just described.
