Ads don't 'stick' but flash on & off repeatedly

Just that. For weeks now, I've had ads (including MN ones) which load, blank, load, blank, etc, resulting in flashing. Happens on lots of different threads. Website, Chrome on a Chromebook.

That kind of load/blank/reload cycle is usually linked to how a particular advert is served rather than the site itself, and it can sometimes depend on the browser or device. To help us track it down, could you let us know if it happens on other sites too, whether it’s tied to specific ad positions on Mumsnet, and if possible share a screenshot or short screen recording? Clearing your cache/cookies or testing with extensions disabled can also help us rule out conflicts while we investigate.

It's usually in the ad position directly under 'Trending' or 'Shopping' - on the RH side. It's not on other sites. The MN one I notice it with most is the one with ?5 women, one with a plait (sorry if I haven't been paying enough attention). They flash so quickly & then disappear that I don't really register them - & I'm trying not to look at them anyway.

Will try to grab a screenshot, but they come & go quickly & they're unpredictable.

Just now it happened multiple times & it looks as though there may be a conflict beteween 2 ads, as though a commercial one is being put in the same place as this MN one. The commercial one may be anything, but it always ends up as this MN one. Always happens on the righthand side of the screen, & only on MN, not other sites.
