My MN page is stuck in a time warp

This is really bugging me now - if I click on Active Convos or Threads I'm on, it's stuck on Friday around 8am. Why won't it update? (If I go to Last 15 mins, Last hour, Last Day, etc, that's all fine and up to date)

Active Convos is telling me the last message on MN was at Fri 30-May-08 08:16:37

No, wait, just tried again - and it has changed!

Yippee! Why did that happen? Don't understand how some sections update properly and others don't.

F5 forces a refresh more refreshy than the refresh button (you can tell I know all the technical terms )
