Disappearing deletion messages

I’ve noticed a couple of times recently that when posts have been deleted, instead of there being a grey post, stating that a post has been deleted/why it’s been deleted, that it’s just been disappeared.

Is this a new thing? And why? It does make it difficult to understand subsequent posts, sometimes!

Just seen this happen first there was the posters name and a laughing emoji [which didn't seem to be related to any previous post]

then there was an MNHQ message saying it had been deleted at the request of the poster - tho' the poster was told by MNHQ that they had deleted her photo for breaking talk guidelines

Then the whole post just disappeared

Hi there @BIWI. We'd need to look at the post (or the gap where it once was!) in question probably. Can you link us to the thread and tell us where you think the post was and we'll take a look?

And sorry but I can’t remember the other one!

The one I saw last night was @Evenstar 's on the Starmer thread about 15 minutes after @countrygirl post at 7.05pm
