Is anyone getting more random ads than Jon Deer tractors on MN?
They are persistent, I'm only seeing them via MN and, of all the weird shit that must be in my search history, I can garuantee farm machinery is not to be found.
(It's a really annoying ad format as well as it places an overlay around the web page and changes size.)

No, I’m getting ads for country properties in Lampeter and Harris, despite nothing that’d indicate I’m planning on moving anywhere let alone anywhere remote.
And some Jet2 ads for the sorts of holidays I’ve no interest in and we avoid school hols now we can - at least they’re understandable as a generic seasonal thing.s
Tbh it’s kind of reassuring that I’m not being efficiently tracked!

I had a run of John Deere adverts recently. I like a good tractor but these adverts took over the page margins and hid the buttons, and required two clicks to get rid of, each time. And then came back twenty seconds later.

adverts now for south coast and somewhere near Aberdeen. Maybe it’ll try the far east and west of the U.K. next? I’m quite happy in the middle of it thanks!😂

@caramac04 it’s a disgruntled duck because people leave their cigarette butts in the park and the ducks eat them, which is horrible ! There is a quite good TV ad where the duck stalks the perp home and is staring through his window

I don't smoke, i'm an ex-smoker, and i really am sick to my stomach seeing the used cigarettes these days.

Sorry you're being bombarded with tractor ads. Are they AdChoice ones? You'll see a little blue cross and triangle in the corner if so, and should be able to click to say you're not interested (in the slightest!) in the ads.

Could you possibly grab a screenshot of the ad the next time it crops up (see what we did there) If it's disrupting the format, we'll do what we can to get the ad put out to pasture...

I’m leaving my wide selection of property ads (in the app, they’re not too intrusive) - they’re much better than most of the other things I don’t want!
