How did the disgusting @ZingyRoseEagle post on Forces Sweethearts 6.34am a picture of his disgusting face and appendage and Mumsnet approved his photo. I have reported multiple times since 6.34 am as have other posters and his penis picture is still up. Who approved the post as I thought all attachments were screened? Mumsnet not responding so not sure what is going on. He has included his face so not very wise. I have a screen shot but it probably won’t be approved for the post even though his was.

They deleted my thread asking why they have allowed a penis to be posted.
probably because I made reference to the child abuse pictures that were posted that they desperately tried to sweep under carpet

I wonder if they hide threads automatically if too many people report - think people were reporting that so MNHQ sees it. Perhaps we should try reporting the OP of the dick pic thread to see if we can get that hidden

Mumsnet has been losing my trust very rapidly since those child abuse images.

This is just yet another nail in the coffin, that proves that it could easily happen again, and no lessons have been learnt.

It sounds as though it was handled by an automated system- otherwise the photo would have been deleted. There will be much scurrying to work out how it got past the screening stuff.

Good morning all. We are investigating why this was not picked up by our image filters. Certainly, similar photos have been blocked previously. The image was not approved by anyone at MNHQ and was removed at 8 am this morning by a moderator - it was posted at 6:34 am.

If a thread is hidden it's likely to be because it was reported a number of times.
