Previewing post clears the message box

This is intermittent and started a few days ago.

Yes I’m getting this. Type a message, preview it and when you go to edit it…

Its gone

Hi both, thank you for letting us know about this. I know you said that you are experiencing the issue intermittently, but please could you let us know the following info to help us investigate this?

• Device e.g. iPhone 16
• Browser e.g. chrome
• Is it only when you post a reply or has it also happened when you start a new thread?

iPhone 12 mini with no space left to upgrade os hence 17.6.1

Only when replying. I don’t start threads generally.

Edit to add; now it’s not doing it.

So far only when replying.

Just tested it with this post and the text was still there after Previewing.

It is intermittent though when it happens it happens consistently for a while on different threads. Then things go back to normal. Then it has another bout of disappearing the text.

I routinely copy all text to the clipboard before previewing but sometimes I forget and lose the lot.
