Hi there and thanks for the feedback. This is a temporary banner to help raise awareness of a significant change to childcare support, which we know is relevant to many Mumsnet users.

We don’t currently offer a way to hide stickies individually, but this one will disappear automatically at the end of June.

Is this just on the app?

I access via browser and its a very narrow static line under the headings - barely noticeable, especially compared to the ghastly flashy intrusive adverts which routinely appear from the advertising framework. I vaguely remember a different banner message before the childcare one so assume its a regular feature now.

Would access via browser be better? At least its not intrusive.
