In Settings > About You there’s an error in the form - it won’t let you past if you are not pregnant and have no kids.

I am not subscribed to any newsletters. The error makes no sense and looks like a UX design issue (as I assume MN doesn’t actually want to stop collecting demographic issue from anyone who is, for example, TTC)

You should probably fix this

PS I’ve posted a screenshot but it’s currently under review

Sorry I didn’t realise the image wouldn’t expand properly in the thread. You need to click into the image to see the error. It won’t allow you to complete the form/page if you say you have no kids, as it says You can only subscribe to the child development newsletter if you add your child’s details. And then it won’t let you save the page as it says there’s an error.

Hi there @ChocolateEarlGrey. Can we ask if this is just when you sign up to the pregnancy or child development threads? If that's the case, it's because we need to know what 'stage' you're at to send you the relevant info. If you're not pregnant or have a young child but still want to receive these, the most expedient thing might just be to put '6 weeks pregnant' or that your child is one month and then you should receive all the content in order.

If you're just trying to sign up more generally to our newsletters or talk round up etc, that is strange. Could you let us know if that's the case? Sending us a screen shot of what happens then would be really helpful too.

Thanks!
