Site stops responding

Hi,

I am having an issue with the Mumsnet site over the last few days. The site freezes and them I get a site not responding message with the option of either waiting or closing.

I am using a desktop and have the issue in both chrome and edge.

Can we ask, is this happening on all threads - or just longer ones?
We know that viewing all posts per page has caused 'site not responding' error messages in the past. Would you mind heading over to your talk settings here: https://www.mumsnet.com/settings/talk and altering your posts per page to 25 or 50? This should sort the issue out, but please let us know if that isn't the case.

On the app I keep getting a white column with topics I follow on the left that I can’t click off without closing app

I am getting this too on my ipad, and it freezes it so you have to restart the app..

Thought it was just me.

@suburburban This is happening to me too. Very annoying!

Same problem. I came here to see if others were having it. All threads at random - long and those with hardly any posts. I get a white area that is unresponsive and covers everything. I assume it’s an ad that hasn’t loaded in properly.

I’m getting this too. It’s very annoying.
