Accessing notifications on app

Basically that, really. I’m not sure if I’m being a bit stupid and missing something, but using the iOS app on phone and iPad I can’t find anyway if accessing notifications etc. I have to go on to the browser to see if I have any. Am I missing something here? I’m sure there used to be a way of accessing more of your account from the app but I can now no longer find a way. Thanks.

Thanks for getting in touch. We've never had a notifications centre or anything in the app, unfortunately, so it is still a case of looking at those on the main site.

We do have push notifications in the app for updates to threads you're watching and also for mention notifications, but these both need to be toggled on in the settings in the MN app and you also need to have push notifications enabled for the MN app in your device settings.

This is something we are hoping to add to the app at some point but it won't be imminently we're afraid as there's quite a list of things that need to take precedence but it will be here at some point.

Thanks for letting me know that at least I’m not just being a bit dumb. I do get email notifications so generally click through from there anyway so will just continue to use the browser for the notifications.
