Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue? Any time I want to go on mumsnet I have to switch off the WiFi on my phone settings. This has only happened today but its been the same all day. It's very strange as my phone is definitely connected to WiFi and all other apps are working fine with WiFi. Phone is Samsung if that makes a difference. Any help would be appreciated! Don't want to drain all my data scrolling Mumsnet lol!

Hi there @StressyMcStressFace. Is this still the case this morning?

If so can you also tell us which browser you are using? Or are you on the app? And can you describe exactly what's happening? Is the site/app just failing to load completely or being slow, glitching etc?

Us again @StressyMcStressFace . Just thought - it might also be useful to know what version of Android you're on and the browser you're using (if you're on the main site). If it's the app you're on, could you tell us what version of the app you're using (you can check by opening the app, selecting the profile menu in the top right hand corner and you should then see the version of the app at the bottom of that menu).

Hi thanks for your reply. I'm using app version 45.0.2 on Samsung galaxy s24 which is using the latest version of Android. The issue was there earlier but it seems OK at the moment. If it happens again any idea what i should do?
I had deleted the app and reinstalled it yesterday and also switched phone off and on again but those didn’t work. Thanks

Hi again @StressyMcStressFace . Fingers crossed it just magically stays working again. It sounds like it could be a router type issue. Don't want to do our 'IT Crowd' voice but you could try turning it off and on again if it happens again and see if that helps.

Let us know if you're still having problems with it and none of that works though and we'll see if we can think of anything else at that stage that might help.
