app completely unusable on Samsung S24,

My app has been completely unusable for the past 3 days, mostly wont load at all, sometimes loads but then cant open threads, it just hangs. Sometimes it works with normal functionality for 10 mins and then it freezes. I have updated my phone, restarted it and nothing has worked. Can you take a look please?

Hi there @Queenelsarules. Thanks for getting in touch. Can we ask you to check which version of the app you're on please?

To do this, you need to open the app, open the profile menu in the top right hand corner and then you should be able to find the app version at the bottom of that menu. The number you're looking for might be 45.0.14 or 45.0.12 or similar.
