Anyone else unable to post easily on the app?

I don’t know if it’s just my old tech. I have the latest app update, but after making an edit, when replying to another poster, I lose the ability send. I can still see what I have written, but the little arrow/ reply icon disappears. I then have to discard the post and type out what I have written again, although generally I can’t be bothered and move on….but it’s got to the point it’s making the site unusable, then again it’s probably no bad thing, I spend far to long writing waffle!

Awww thanks for replying @BeckyAMumsnet! Hopefully the screenshots will attach. I lose the ability to do anything with my written post once I edit. If I press continue editing, nothing happens, my keyboard won’t come up, and I no matter where I press my post remains ‘stuck’ as on 1st or sometimes 3rd image!

Hi again @verityveritas. It looks like you're on an iPad. Is that right? There's an issue we're aware of on iPad where users can't open the reply box if they've dismissed their keyboard with the native close keyboard button. We've attached a screenshot of a keyboard and highlighted the button that causes the issues. Could you tell us if you're using this button to close the reply box?
