I know you're funded by advertising but ... I have a phone provided by work and we"re not allowed to disable the ad blocker they install.

Now I don't mind the odd reminder from you but it's getting ridiculous. I might flounce and then you would be deprived of all the scintillating content I very kindly provide for free 😊

I agree 100%. I don't use Mumsnet anywhere near as much as I used to. And when I do, I find the content to be far less useful/entertaining. I think they have already lost a lot of their core users because of their incessant pop ups and aggressive, flashing advertising.

Hi ScribblyyGum, thanks for the feedback (and the scintillating content).
Just to be clear, the ad blocker pop-up is there because, as you know, Mumsnet is funded by advertising, and ad blockers have a real impact on that. We know it’s annoying if you can’t disable yours. If you’d prefer to browse without ads (and without the reminder), there is the option to sign up for Mumsnet Premium at £2.99/month, which gives you a completely ad-free experience. (All Premium revenue goes towards funding our campaigns).

Of course, if any ads are preventing you from using Mumsnet then please do report them to us.

Thanks, Becky. I'm just suggesting that you reduce the number of pop ups about disabling the account blocker.
