I'm not receiving roundup emails...

...daily or weekly so I signed up again to no avail. They are not in my Junk folder either. Is this a known issue?

Hi there @INeverSeeYou . No known issues we're aware of. Could you just try going into your Talk settings and then selecting 'newsletters' on the left hand side? Then just make sure all the newsletters you want are toggled on. Occasionally people find they toggle themselves off somehow. If they all look ok to you just let us know and we'll have a closer look.

@HebeMumsnet I checked those settings but I'm still not receiving the emails, having received them for years prior. So please can you assist further?

Same here. I stopped receiving them ages ago, even though my settings are correct. @HebeMumsnet could you see if you can fix the issue for me as well, please?

Another poster recently posted a screenshot of the emails so some people must still be getting them @HebeMumsnet
