Hiding topics

I know the site allows us to follow certain topics, but could we also have the ability to hide topics if they often contain things we might find personally triggering for one reason or another?

I've been on MN for 14 years and there's always been the ability to hide topics.

Not sure how to do it though but someone will come along and tell you, I'm sure.

Go to My Mumsnet, settings, talk settings. Scroll down to the bottom, manage hidden threads and topics.
