I thought this was supposed to have been fixed but it has gone back to sending you to login.

Hi there @JaneJeffer. We're not quite sure which issue this is. Could you tell us a bit more about what you're seeing and we'll do our best to find out what's happening there?

JaneJeffer · 08/05/2025 00:40

@HebeMumsnetso for instance when I click on the link to the next thread in a series it takes me away from the app to a login page

Hi @JaneJeffer please could you let us know which thread you're trying to click on (and where you're clicking through from). And also if you're using the iOS or Android app?

Thanks in advance.

I was trying to get from the MAFS 11 thread onto 12 in telly addicts. I tried to paste the thread here for you but it keeps doing this now. iOS app

Hi again @JaneJeffer.

The first screenshot just looks like a cookies consent form so if you just agree to accept cookies it should take you straight to the thread afterwards.

The second one is a bit more puzzling. You should only see that message if you're trying to post on a thread you've already posted on under another name. But it sounds like you're getting this message when you click on a thread link. Is that correct?

If you could talk us through exactly what you're doing step by step when this appears, that would be great. Even better, and possibly simpler, would be if you took a screen video of this in action and emailed it to us at [email protected]. Then we might be able to work out what's triggering this.

I can’t even remember what I was trying to do now.

There’s a constant procession of different problems and when one resolves itself something else starts happening. I posted some screenshots on a different thread about the app.

I don’t understand why I need to accept cookies when I’m already using the app having accepted cookies!
