Impossible to unsubscribe from emails

I've tried multiple times to unsubscribe from emails but I'm getting so many emails every day saying "AIBU the votes are in" and it is driving me batty. Any ideas how to stop it, they're clogging my inbox! Thank you

Very bottom of the email there should be an unsubscribe hyperlink

Have you looked at your settings here? I never get emails.
