Gransnet suspension email - unable to reply

I had trouble logging into Gransnet this morning and emailed for help.
I got a reply from Lily saying my account had been suspended for spamming.
I had only posted once and was wanting to come back and read some other posts.
I can’t seem to reply to the email, so I’m replying here.

I posted a discount in the discounts forum, that’s all. Are only certain kinds of discounts allowed? I’ve been a mumsnetter for 23 years and never been suspended before. I would never have posted if I thought it would be seen as spam. Gutted my post didn’t just get deleted and given a warning. Harsh. 🙁

If you've been on Mumsnet for that long you might have noticed by now that first time posters posting discount codes or anything that looks like marketing or promotion are not held in high regard. I'm sure it's the same over on gransnet.

If you join and straight away post a code they’ll probably boot you from it

No, I didn’t know that. It was a discount on the discount board, posted in good faith. I returned to read more posts and found I couldn’t log in.
I honestly thought my post might be helpful.

We've reinstated your ability to post on Gransent now. As you'd just joined Gransnet it looked like you were spamming but you should be able to post again now.
We did get your email reply, by the way, and sent you a response back. It might be worth checking our emails aren't going to spam or something like that.
Just give us a shout if you have any further problems.
