It's an intermittent fault. It seems to happen to me when I'm both quoting and adding a link in a post. Eventually I get the post to go through but you have to go back and add the quote again. It's very easy to miss that the quote has dropped off, as I just did. It was happening a lot the other day and then seemed to stop, but is now happening again. I am on the website, not the app, using Chrome on a laptop.
