Still no notification for pms

Before all the problems with pms and horrid photos we use to get a number next to the blue / white 'person' on the top right of the screen but now we , or at least me and a few others no longer get this .
Please can it be rectified.

I use Samsung android on chrome.

I don’t get this either any longer. Disappeared when PMs were restored.

Would it be possible to pin a note to the top of the Active and Threads You Are On pages so that everyone can see they are back up and running
