I have just seen this, clicked on it and I have no friends.

What does it mean and what is the benefit of it?

Sorry, DS2 was just crying and had to settle him. He was all sweaty, wouldn't talk to me and just kept crying. I hope he is okay. He is calmer and snuggled in bed again now.

Go to registration and then the next step and it is there.

Hi there, the main reason for this - IIRC - is so that you can set preferences re your photographs on your profile. So if you have photos you don't want the world to see you can restrict their visibility to your mumsnet mates lists.
