Unwanted emails.

Please can somebody tell me how to stop receiving unwanted emails from Mumsnet.

The one I received today told me to follow a link to stop receiving them but when I followed it I couldn't see any unsubscribe option.

We're really sorry the link didn't work for you.

Can you email us from the address receiving emails? We can then look into it and remove you from anything you don't want to receive. We may also ask for more information with regards to your issues unsubscribing.

I'm wondering why I'm not receiving my daily emails from mumsnet plus the swear by ones. They are not in my spam folder and I'm subscribed on my account. Can anyone shed some light on this please?
