How do I unsubscribe

I can’t find how to end my paid subscription to mumsnet, please can you help?
I can’t use the app anymore since the update as it’s physically uncomfortable for me. I currently pay for ad free

Hello @Princessfluffy we can see that your subscription is already cancelled. We'd like to help with your app issues, though. Could you please give us some more details on what the problem is?

I’m not sure exactly why it’s so painful for me to read, the background is definitely too glaringly white but also the text seems too stretched out to the sides of the screens.
I do have a few sensory sensitivities but have never previously found reading uncomfortable on this site - or on any other sites, so it’s quite odd. I notice I’m not the only person to be struggling though.
Have you optimised for accessibility for readers? Fonts, contrast etc?

@PrincessfluffyI agree. I thought it was just the change of background but you are right, it is stretched!

Hi @Princessfluffy and @MelonUsk . Thanks for your feedback on this. We're going through all the posts in Site Stuff with comments on the new app at the moment and will update everyone as soon as there's any news on fixes or things we are able to add.

@HebeMumsnet I think it’s not helped because I use the MN App on a tablet in landscape. It may not be so stretched on a phone. The background is still glaring though.

I want to unsubscribe but cannot see how to do it. Please help.

Go to your settings, select Premium and then scroll down. You can unsubscribe at the bottom.

Thanks for your suggestion but it did not work I couldn't find anything called Premium

Why does mumsnet not make it clear and easy how to unsubscribe?
