Change email on account

I am trying to change my email address on my account and to do so, it emails my old address which I do understand however, I am trying to change it as I can not access the old address.

Otherwise I can delete this account?

For anyone else who needs to know, you can change the email address registered to your account by going to the Settings page. In desktop mode, you'll find it by clicking on the person icon at the top right of the screen. In the app, click on the three horizontal lines, then click on MyMumsnet, then Open additional settings, where you'll find a Change email address tab.

But that only works if you have access to your old email address which is the problem.

Sadly still not changed my email address so still trying to find a solution.
