Need to change email address- but no access to old one!

Hi MNHQ

I can’t get into my old email address any more, and so have requested to change it- but apparently an email has been sent to my old address to confirm it. I obviously can’t get into it - what can I do?! I’ve had this account for absolutely donkeys years and would be so so sad to lose it, it’s seen me through three children a divorce and god knows what else 😂

I’m worried that if I forget my password or something I will never be able to reset it without access via my new email.

I can confirm lots of old usernames etc as have switched them in the past- please help!
