What's the point of the app?

Just had to log into mumsnet on the browser as realised I couldn't see something someone had put. I then realised I had a private message and I had reactions which again I can't see on the app. Just seems pointless really if it doesn't function better than the browser.

They are upgrading the app at moment and a few of us are testing it , the new version has all the functions and is way better.

That sounds perfect as I like the feel of the current app just not missing out!

Hello @teacoffeeorpassthegin we have rebuilt the app and as @Victoriawould24 says, are currently testing it and hoping to officially launch soon! We'd advise changing your settings so that you get a notification when you receive a PM. You can do this here: https://www.mumsnet.com/settings/notifications
