Bad gateway on a particular thread

Hi,

I’ve been unable to get on the bargain thread in Christmas yesterday or today as it keeps coming up saying ‘bad gateway’. All other threads are ok.

Anyone else?! I can see people are posting on it as I can see post previews, I just can’t get it to load myself, so I’m missing all the bargains!

Just to add I’ve logged out, cleared cookies, logged back in and it’s still the same. I just can’t get on the bargain thread (thread 17) at all.

Using safari on iPad.

I just logged out again and was able to read the thread while not logged in.

The error came up again while logging back in though.

Sorry to hear that you're having problems with this thread. We're taking a look now, but in the meantime do you know if your settings are set to View All Messages? If so, can you please try changing it to view 100 / 50 /25 per page, to see if that makes a difference? Click here - https://www.mumsnet.com/settings/talk

Hi, thanks for responding. Changing it to fewer posts per page has made a difference and it loads no problem.

I don’t have an issue with ‘view all’ on any other thread.

Anyway, a new bargain thread has just been created and luckily that one is loading fine at the moment.
