Pop up ads

Today I have started getting amazon pop up ads. No way of clicking them away and didn't want to click on it to open it. See below

Please could you confirm your browser and device, and can you let us know if this is happening all over the site or just on certain threads?

It's an galaxy S21 and I'm using Google, not the app. It's happened on two different threads, here's the second one

Same here. iPhone something, running the latest ios and using Safari.

Still there. Making it unusable! It pops up after about 30 seconds and the only way to make it go away is reloading the page.

It’s horrible! I was about to leave the site but thought I’d quickly search for it in case there is a solution.
I can’t get rid of the Amazon one so I tried reading with half a screen but can’t stick it anymore.
Other pop ups are appearing everywhere including on the list of active threads but at least they have an x so can be removed. Pop up again as soon as I scroll down though.

This is happening to me also, literally pops us on any thread in active I click on. It appears a few seconds after opening the thread and cannot be closed. Such was the frustration I closed mumsnet all together yesterday. Tried again this morning and the same thing happened again.

Uncloseable popup on top of irritating long adverts that are already on threads that freeze the screen when you try to scroll. On all threads and menus.

I'm on iPad with safari and I'm getting this full screen ad. Marginally better than some because I can close it and it does seem to close itself at the end of a count down. But it's still really annoying!
