MNHQ why are CAT's taking so long to get through to my email?

someone sent me a cat yesteday, its still not in my inbox.

last week, two took over 24hours to arrive.

is it likely to be an issue my end?

No, probably more like someone forgetting to check CAT's... not me, I hasten to add. I told them off Sorry for inconvenience. That said, let me know if it happens again and we'll look into it, just incase it's system v MNHQ that's playing up.
