What happened to the Karen's Diner thread?

What's happened to that thread where the OP accidentally went to a Karen' Diner and got insulted? I'm just curious because I'm not sure which part of the guidelines it broke. Is the OP not genuine? Is it because of the topic itself - and what about it? What was wrong with the thread topic or posts?

The same OP has been starting other really stupid-sounding threads (also had a dodgy sounding user name) so I assume is not genuine.
