Side advert - Tragic Day for <celebrity>

I occasionally get a side advert showing a photoshopped image of a celebrity being manhandled like they're being arrested. At the moment it's Ben Shepard. It's clearly clickbait, and there's no AdChoices setting button to close it or report it. I have a screenshot and the URL that the ad linked to if that helps. I can't imagine it's the kind of click bait nonsense that you want on the site!
