Is it possible to find out why a thread was deleted?

It looks like you may have copy and pasted the article - which is behind a paywall. You can discuss the article and share links, but pasting a protected article in full is likely to be removed.

Excuse me, but I never paste a full article. That would be a violation of copyright regulations.

I usually include a title, author, and a bit of the article so that people can see the style - so that there is enough information that they can do their own search.

Apologies, @MsAmerica . We couldn't see that it wasn't the full article as the rest is behind the paywall. However, it did look like a fair-sized chunk, which might still be problematic so we felt it was best gone.
