Tech(s)? - Log-In box disappearing

Is it something I'm doing wrong? It was fine this morning but now when I click on 'Log In' the box flashes on the screen for half a second and disappears.

Help!

I think it must just be me.

It's doing the same thing with links too so I think it's probably the computer.
