I seem to always have Temu ads on my page. Sometimes I click on them to see what on earth they are trying to sell to me.
Does this increase the algorithm likelihood of even more Temu shote?

It does as it's an ad choices ad, so what you see is tailored to you and what you browse on Temu could well be advertised to you when browsing on any site running google adverts. If you don't want to see Temu ads, you can update your preferences by clicking the blue triangle at the top of the advert.

It will likely take a few attempts for google to consider your choices, but it's worth doing if you're seeing adverts you don't want to see.
