I think I've deleted my account. Please help!

@MNHQ I'm using an old phone for this. I'd gone to MN on my other phone, and MN asked me to log in Used email and passcode on the keychain. Found that all my history is deleted - watching, saved, I'm on, etc.

I've no idea what's happened. Can anyone help me reinstate my account?
